That's - debatable, he was definitely dead for a while, but... Even if he hadn't come back, I think it would be pretty cruel no matter what. She's being punished for something she had no control over.
I haven't heard about one that didn't, at least. Kaeya did mention that it wasn't the best place back in his group, so... I just hope it's nicer, whatever it is.
