I won’t take up too much of your reading time, since he’s got more to say than me, but I hope you’re doing well and I’m taking good care of him! He’s going to be my grill assistant this week :D If you play your cards right, maybe he’ll grill you up some juicy burgers when we all meet up again!

I apologize for not writing you properly — it is little excuse, but I struggle with speaking to the dead in a medium such as this. All the same, thank you for your kind words. Despite recent events, I am well, though the heartache of losing you all is ever present.
Still, I am bolstered by the fact that you kept your promise to the end. I am still learning how to keep my end of our agreement; some days are harder than others. But I want to do the right thing. And in the end, neither of us are alone — you with your flock over there, and mine, here.

With all that was unveiled, I don’t think I’m mad at you anymore, but maybe I was never completely mad at you in the first place. You were doing what you could with what cards you were given, right?

Have you been thinking more about your dream? How many cats will you have? Have you decided names for them? Has your dream changed a bit after all of this?
I miss our talks over tea. I hope we can have them again soon.
