It's good to have confidence. Sometimes I think half the key to success is just believing you can succeed.

Well, in a way, it is. If that's what it takes, though, I think he's got enough to cover the rest of us.

Are you close with him?

... I'm trying to be. As we all know, he doesn't make it easy, but he's at least been answering more of my questions.

He really doesn't. [ He rubs his temples. ] I can barely get him to answer "how are you".

You have to get him talking about things he cares about, I think. Otherwise he may be less interested.

I don't really know what that is other than books and his brother...

But you do have a way with people, Lucretia.

Well, I guess I wouldn't be running an organization if I didn't.
