[ Eases off his jacket to wring it out. ]

I'm going to assume you didn't pick me specifically for this excursion.

Yeah, I'm suitably impressed by your assertiveness and quick-thinking.

[ his own coat is coming off and he's trying to wring out all that water from all that material and that fluffy collar. there you go spoon, enjoy the mental image of crow in a drenched top don't say i never give you anything. ]

Wrong place, wrong time Claude. Simple as.

Seems to be a trend for me. [ He shivers a little. It is winter after all. ] We better get dried off before we get sick.

Yeah. I don't think Vio'd be happy with me if I was whining at her for cold medicine. C'mon, which dorm is closer? I can keep the big bad winters away from you if that one is.

I think Winter is closer. Am I even allowed in there?

[ He's huddling because he's cold. ]

You're not sneaking in, you're walking in the front door with my ID. It's fine.

[ oh right it's touch week. i guess they are huddling for warmth along the way, and possibly running, he'll grab his arm if he has to for extra speed. ]

[shaft]

[ How quaint. Claude will happily follow Crow along, and once they're in the dorms unmolested, he'll strip off his shirt and pants, visibly shivering. ]

Do you have clean towels?

[chevaliered]

[ then, like on cue, all the winter dorm springs from the corners of the room to attack claude with body pa--- nah there's no one here it's just half naked claude shivering away and a lot of fancy drapes on the windows. ]

Give me a sec.

[ he will vanish for a bit and return with two (2) soft looking towels and what looks like a blanket from one of the bedrooms. the blanket and one of the towels gets lobbed at claude, and he focuses on rubbing the other towel over his hair to get the dampness out. ]

There are showers, I'm not gonna ban you from using one. Can't do anything about a spare set of clothes though.

[shaft]

[ Thank you! Claude definitely wastes no time in using the towel to dry off, before he looks at his clothes. ]

I won't shower, but I will need to use your bathroom.

[ AKA he's going to vanish for a bit, just to wring his clothes over the tub to get all the moisture out of them that he can, before spreading them out.

Then, he's going to return and promptly wrap himself in the blanket before huddling on the floor. He's an igloo. ]

Ugh.

[ off you go then. crow is towelling himself off and will vanish for a bit to shed his damp clothes, throw on his school trousers and emerge again with his own blanket. ]

At least you're not outside anymore. Positive thinking.

[ he'll tug the edge of claude's blankie further over his head. cosy igloo. ]

[shaft]

[ Disappears into the blankie. ]

I'll say. The way they manage to heat buildings is a marvel. I could fall asleep right here.

In the middle of enemy territory? How very relaxed of you.

I've resigned myself to my fate. If I'm the next body that appears, it wouldn't be a surprise.

There is a big difference between a prank war and a build up to murder, y'know.

Haven't you heard the story?

[ He clears his throat, his voice going SpooOOooky. ]

One dark night, while all the students were gathered, merry and bright, they thought to pull a harmless little prank on one of their own...

But the results were beyond what they could've imagined. To this day what they saw that night haunts them.

[ He accepts this, and just falls to the side laughing.
