Not a pet, she's my steed. I've known her since she was a little hatchling.

She won't be big enough to ride when she arrives here though.

She was barely the length of my arm when she first hatched, and could barely walk much less fly. Now she's about three times my size.

Something similar. She's a wyvern, so she doesn't grow quite as big, and can't breathe fire.

But I still think she's formidable.

I'd be channeling them.... so, basically, they'd be using my body. Temporarily, of course.

Well... for example, channelings usually take place in the channeling chamber... and there's a big, thick door, with only one key. So.... if things get dicey, it's just the spirit medium and the client in there... so no one else has to get hurt...

[ her discomfort here is palpable ]

.. And, um, there's a technique, to separate the spirit from the medium too... just in case. But, it doesn't usually happen.

[ Ok, he doesn't want to judge what he doesn't know but, ] Is there someone here who could perform that technique? To help you in case something happens?

Well... no, but.... when I get my powers back, I'll make sure there's someone with me who can knock me out if they need to... so don't worry. Spirit channeling is only temporary, anyway...
