A number of reasons.

Because I'm wondering it myself.

Because according to footprints, at least one was likely a child, but I couldn't bring myself to vote for such a thing.

Because I think, if that is true, then it solidifies my theory about compulsion playing a part.

And because I'm trying to answer your question.

I think it could've been a compulsion too. It wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility.

No. Not at all. There's no fairness here.

Manwol's situation is as cruel and unusual as the rest of this.

I don't know that the murderers would blame us for catching them. That's the natural order of things, and that's what we'll keep trying to do.
