[ He's a little surprised to be brought into a hug, but it barely takes a second before he sort of slumps against Hope, tiredly returning the hug and resting his forehead against his shoulder. ]

[ he gives claude a pat on the back, letting him rest against him however long he wishes. i also forgot to mention hope is missing his wholeass eye which is currently covered in gauze but it's fine we can say he just went right for the hug and didn't give claude the chance to see?? EVERYTHING IS FINE, especially as hope cracks a wry grin and an accompanying chuckle. ]
