[Wow, we went through a door, fools that we are. We've ended up in:
8. You open the door and find yourself in some dark, spooky woods. It's difficult to see - not just because of the darkness, but because of the eerie fog that's rolling in and obscuring your surroundings. You get the distinct feeling that you are being watched - and being followed - as you attempt to find your way through the woods. This is because you are. Slenderman is following you, and he will eventually catch you. When he does, your mind will be filled with static, and you will find yourself out in the hallway with no memory of the last 24 hours for 30 minutes. Only four minutes have passed. ]
We're outside? ... No, this must be one of those rooms...
[Estelle looks around nervously. Also, she's got bunny ears.]
This room is very funny, because Claude... is made of mist! He's solid, and very much there, but his figures are difficult to make out. His clothes are 100% visible though. ]
... Keep your eyes and ears open. This seems dangerous.
[She starts walking again, but she's stepping more softly than before, hoping that if something really is following them, they'll be better able to hear it.]
She gasps and grabs his arm. A trembling finger points to a space between the trees.
It's hazy in the mist, and at a glance, could be mistaken for part of the forest... but it looks like the silhouette of an impossibly tall person. (or maybe it's just emet-selch.)]

Oh... It's you, Claude. [she lets out a breath.]
You're not a ghost, are you?
no subject
It's just regular ol' me. I just look different.

[She breathes a sigh of relief.]
Okay, let's stick together. There has to be a way out of this forest, right?
no subject
[ He wants to tug... But he refrains. ]
And I'm not sure if there's a way out, but maybe there's something that we're supposed to do.
no subject
Right... some of these rooms had some kind of "objective"...
Maybe it'll be clearer if we keep exploring.

[ He keeps his voice low as they walk, given that the forest seems to be deathly quiet. ]

[She matches his low tone.]

[She stops walking suddenly, and looks around.]
... Is someone else here?

... Did you hear something?

Just keep moving. We don't want to find out what's out there, I'm guessing.

But there's no door in sight... ]
I don't see an exit anywhere.

Though in an seriousness, Claude goes still at the sight of the figure, taking half a step back ]
Estelle—
[ to no avail.
The distance between them disappears in a second, something long and unnatural moving disjointedly toward them while their vision turns into static.
Game over! ]
no subject
But they're back in the hallway!
Estelle just looks around in confusion.]
What... Where are we?
no subject
The hallway? [ ??? ] I definitely wasn't here a second ago.
no subject
Maybe we should go back to the main area...
no subject
ALSO ]
... Did you have bunny ears a second ago?
no subject
C, Claude, you're...!!
Oh no. You're not a ghost, are you!?
[deja vu?]
