My mystery and charms are naturally occurring phenomenon, if you're wrapped up in their pull there is little I can do to help you.

Something repetitive, I understand. Usually landing arrows in a target helps calm my mind too.

No bows in the dojo? I know training weapons tend to have a different weight to them, but it’s the motion that does the calming from what I’ve found.
